FMCSA Administrator Derek Barrs Values Every Moment Spent at NTDC 2026

The August 14th edition of TheTrucker.com carried a front-and-center story that detailed the NTDC 2026 experience of Derek Barrs, the Administrator for the Federal Motor Carrier Administration. PodWheels Executive Producer Greg Thompson had the honor of sitting down to interview Administrator Barrs for a special onsite edition of the NTDC Podcast. Greg also took the opportunity to write a feature story centering around how Administrator Barrs and his staff from FMCSA spent each day of the Championships in Pittsburgh truly becoming immersed in the NTDC experience.

As the story was being posted to TheTrucker.com on Friday morning, Administrator Barrs was part of the receiving line on Finals Friday that shook hands with all 429 State Champions who made up the NTDC 2026.
